how to test blood groups:- on 6 tips

step 1. take 1 clean slide, 3 antisera like antisera A,B,D..

step 2. clean the finger and extract 3 drops blood on slide like this pic.

step 3. put antisera A on drop no. 1 and put the antisera B on drop no.2, and put the antisera d on drop .           no.3.
step 4. If clamping are occure like on drop no.1 (blue) that is A +ve blood group.(without clamping .              on drop no.2 and 3) and
step 5. If clamping are occure like on drop no.2 (yellow) that is B +ve blood group.(without clamping .              on drop no.1 and 3) and
step 5. If clamping are occure like on drop no.3 (red) that is Rh +ve blood group.
.           (drop 3 is olny show that like +ve or -ve,if clamping present that is +ve and if clampimg .                     absent then -ve blood group)
step 6. If A clamp then blood grp A (+ve or -ve depend on clamping of D)
           If B clamp then blood grp B  (+ve or -ve depend on clamping of D)
           If A and B both are clamp then blood grp AB (+ve or -ve depend on clamping of D)
           If clamping are absent on A and B both then blood grp will known as O blood grp (+ve or -ve .          depend on clamping of D)
